METERING DEVICE

摘要

FIELD: gas turbine engines. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for metered out delivery of liquids and gases into combustion chamber of gas turbine engine by commands from electronic unit. Distributing unit includes rotary flat spool pressed to fixed plate with supply ports by load mechanism and made in form of piston installed in blind bore of drive shaft connected with delivery main line and centered by narrow sealing belt on its side surface provided with sealing belts over perimeter pointed to plate and following the configuration of ports in plate, and peripheral support projections. Pre-loading of spool is provided by springs installed in blind holes in end face of drive shaft. Spool is driven by shaft through spherical guide. Invention provides static unloading of spool, turning force of spool is brought to minimum and required consumption of fuel as to angle of turning at minimum overall dimensions and compensation for wear of working surfaces are provided.
