PURPOSE:To extremely simply obtain the title seasoning having stability to phosphatase and uniform coating by coating a specific ribonucleotide in a solid particulate state with a surfactant and further with fats and oils. CONSTITUTION:(A) 5'-Ribonucleotide in a solid particulate state is brought into contact with (B) a liquid surfactant not to dissolve the component A to coat the component A with the component B and further with (C) fats and oils to give the aimed seasoning. Lecithin is preferably used as the component A and finely particulate 5-ribonucleotide having <=4mum average particle diameter and <=20wt.% water content as the component A. |
