摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To produce the sole of a shoe excellent in anti-slip property, antiwear property, oil resistance and economy by blending chlorosulfonated polyethylene with ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin to get blended polymer and adding thereto a bridging agent and foaming agent to bridge mold and foam the blended polymer. CONSTITUTION:5-20 parts by weight of chlorosulfonated polyethylene is blended with 100 parts by weight of copolymer resin of ehtylene and vinyl acetate. For addition agents to this blended polymer are used a bridging agent such as sulfur and dicumyl peroxide and a foaming agent such as an azo compound and nitroso compound. Said bridging, foaming and molding materials are uniformly mixed with each other by a mixer and introduced into a mold cavity to be heat pressurized for bridging and molding a sole. Then, the sole is released from the mold cavity and foamed 1.3-1.8 times larger to have 40 deg.-55 deg. of C hardness. As a result of comparing test, the obtained foamed sole is excellent in antislip property, antiwear property, oil resistance and economy without needing the adhesion of a vulcanized rubber sole.</p>
