<p>Antigens of Cysticercus cellulosae of molecular weights 97 kD, 66kD, 50kD and 38kD (SDS-PAGE) are obtained by maintaining the larval parasite in a culture medium in vitro and recovering antigens from the medium. These antigens can be used in immuno diagnosis or treatment of Neurocysticercosis, or as a vaccine.</p> |
