<p>PURPOSE:To enhance desulfurization rate by a regenerated absorbent, and to reduce desulfurization cost, by adding a fine coke powder to the absorbent after desulfurization, to granulate them with heating, reacting them with CO2 to regenerate the absorbent. CONSTITUTION:A combustion waste gas is brought into contact with an absorbent granulated from a mixture of a fine coke powder and Na2CO3 in a fluidization absorber 3, and after desulfurization the gas is sent to a denitrator 4. A fine coke powder is mixed with the absorbent after desulfurization in a rotary cylindrical decomposition granulator 8, and heated with a high-temp inert gas sent from a combustion furnace 9 and a decomposition gas generator 10 to decompose Na2SO4 into Na2S and the fine coke powder is combined with the liquid Na2S by rotating the granulator 8 to produce granules. These are fed into a rotary cylindrical regenerator 11 and reacted with CO2 and water to produce Na2CO3, thus to regenerate the absorbent. The regenerated granular absorbent is fed to the absorber 3.</p> |
