It consists of a closure actuated by one or a number of hydraulic or pneumatic pistons, which are supplied with pressure from one or more pumps or compressors which act upon closure of the electrical circuit and the pneumatic or hydraulic circuit having a system for automatic connection of the compressor when partial discharge of the circuit takes place.
