PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of connection and to reduce the sorts of terminals by forming an exposed part to fuse a conductor at the conductor sticking part, sticking the part to the conductor, and radiating the light beams to the end of the conductor sticking part thrusted to the conductor and/or the conductor so as to heat and melt them. CONSTITUTION:A conductor sticking part 4 is thrusted in a conductor 6a by a pressing force at both ends and at the end facing the exposed part 7. That is, the conductor 6a projects a little by the pressing force in the exposed part 7. A light beam or a strong light 8a focused from a laser generator 8, is radiated both to the end facing the exposed part 7 of the calking piece 4a, and to the conductor 6a thrusted in the end. The parts receiving the radiation are heated and their surfaces are molten to be fused 9. And by radiating the light beam 8b to the front end 4b or to the rear end 4c of the calking piece 4a, the fusing area can be increased. As a result, the reliability of the electric connection is extremely improved compared to the method using only the calking sticking. |
