A housing 6 surrounds the electrode 4 of the corona discharge apparatus 11 and is connected with a spray apparatus 8 through a pipeline 7 and an aqueous liq. is sprayed in this spray apparatus to generate an floatable aerosol by using a piezo-ultrasonic system.
