PURPOSE:To improve working environment by reducing vibration noises due to the racing of a circular saw and the cutting and shaving of a processed material by providing a large number of sawteeth to the peripheral edge part of a circular plate formed from a multilayer material plate, which is formed by integrating both surface layers composed of steel plates and a center layer composed of a metal plate of a different nature such as a copper, aluminum or stainless steel plate by forming means, and soldering cutting chips to said sawteeth. CONSTITUTION:A multilayer material plate 1 is formed by integrating both surface layers composed of steel plates 2, 2a and a center layer composed of a cupreous plate based on copper by forging means. When a circular plate 5 is set to phi 305.00 mm, the thickness of the multilayer material plate 1 is set to 2.80 mm and the thickness of the cupreous plate 3 is set to 0.30-0.37 mm and the other thickness is constituted of the steel plates 2, 2a having the same thickness. The cupreous plate 3 of the center layer can be substituted with an aluminum plate, a stainless steel plate or other metal plate of a different nature and, as the multilayer material plate 1, one formed by constituting both surface layers of the steel plates 2, 2a and interposing a polymer material layer or viscoelastic polymer material layer 4 as the center layer to integrally bond all of the layers can be used. The multilayer material plate 1 is formed into a circular plate to provide a large number of sawteeth 6 to the peripheral edge part of the plate 5 and slits (a) are further provided thereto and known cutting chips 7 are soldered to the sawteeth 6. |
