METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MONITORING SOLUBLE COMPONENT AND NON-SOLUBLE PARTICLE

PURPOSE: To continuously and effectively monitor a corrosion product by providing a monitoring device with a separation device wherein a soluble component is separated from insoluble particles and the insoluble particles are suspended, and a particle collecting vessel which collects the separated insoluble particles. CONSTITUTION: A sample sampled with a sampling device 11 is supplied to a separation device 50 with a recycling pump 38 through a particle collecting vessel 32. The separation device 50 separates a soluble component from insoluble particles contained in the sample, and then suspends the insoluble particle. The suspended insoluble particle is supplied to the particle collecting vessel 32 with the recycling pump 38. The process is repeated. Then, a concentrated insoluble particles are taken out from the particle collecting vessel 32 for analysis. Then, a concentration factor is calculated by dividing a total sample amount with an initial system volume.
