PURPOSE:To prolong the life of the twister belt driven with one or more pulleys and reduces fluffs and unfolded twists by providing the shafts of one or more pulleys with a disk which rotates together with the shaft, respectively, to give the yarn auxiliary twists. CONSTITUTION:The twisting disk 8 is set to the idling shaft 7a of the pulley for the twister belt 3a and the untwisting disk 9 is fixed to the driving shaft 6a so that they can rotate together. The diameters of the disks 8 and 9 are made larger than the belt width, namely the pulley diameter for the belt 3a to improve the yarn fitting to the belt whereby the yarn-twisting vector by disks 8 and 9 on the yarn 1 and the yarn-conveying vectors are generated by the guide 10. |
