<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title ink having a simplified cleaning step and improved printing density and resolution stability by mixing a liquid dispersing medium with a crosslinked substance for holding it and an organometallic compound and imparting an adhesiveness which varies by the application of a voltage. CONSTITUTION:The title ink whose adhesiveness varies by the application of a voltage is obtained by mixing a liquid dispersing medium (a) which is desirably a solvent having a high b.p. and a low volatility (e.g., glycerol) with 0.2-50 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. component (a), crosslinked substance (b) (e.g., PVA) for holding component (a), which is a hydrophilic polymer or the like when component (a) is a hydrophilic dispersing medium, 0.01-50 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. component (b), organometallic compound (c) (e.g., titanium triethanol aluminate) (c) and, optionally, a colorant (d) comprising a dye, a pigment or a colored particle (e.g., carbon black), a color-forming compound which develops a color when a voltage is applied, an electrolyte, a thickener, etc., (d).</p> |
