METHOD FOR EXTRACTING AND SEPARATING SOYBEAN MILK AND BEAN-CURD REFUSE

PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus, formed by communicating a vessel for containing pulverized soybeans with a heatable pressure-resistant vessel through a communication pipe in a special state and capable of providing soybean milk and bean-curd refuse in a separated state. CONSTITUTION:An opening 52 and a filter 60 are provided under a vessel 40 for containing pulverized soybeans 3 and a cylindrical communication pipe 50 is connected to the opening 52. A pressure-resistant vessel 30 containing water is provided under the above-mentioned vessel 40 and the other end 51 of the communication pipe 50 is faced to the interior (preferably the bottom) of the water. A heating means 20 is provided on the outer periphery of the pressure-resistant vessel 30, which is then heated to penetrate hot water into the vessel containing he pulverized soybeans with the water and air therein and extract soybean milk. The resultant soybean milk is subsequently returned into the pressure-resistant vessel 30 in cooling.
