PURPOSE:To obtain tea for drink having soft and pleasant taste to the tongue by sufficiently extracting extract component in tea leaf without deterioration, by dipping dried tea leaf in water, stirring and extracting extract component in tea leaf with dividing into impurity and extract solution. CONSTITUTION:Raw tea leaf immediately after collecting or dried tea is pulverized and dipped in distilled water, then stirred to obtain extract solution. Said solution is filtered and divided into impurity and extract solution to afford the aimed tea for drink. Said extract solution is used by, for instance, preserving with insulating in vacuum vessel and the impurity is dried and utilized to feed of domestic animal or fertilizer for agricultural horticulture. |
