SUBSTITUTED 1,2,3-TRIAZINO(4',5',:4,5)-THIENO(2,3-B)QUINOLIN-4(3H)-ONES AND PREPARATION THEREOF

摘要

The title cpds. of formula (I) and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are prepd. by (a) reacting cpds. of formula (II) with sodium nitrite in acetic acid, and opt. (b) reacting with base and alkyl iodide (or bromide). In the formulas, R= H or C1-4 alkyl; R' and R" are each H or methoxy, but only one of R' and R" is H; R' and R" form methylenedioxy together. (I) are useful for treating allergic diseases.
