PURPOSE:To improve the workability of mold replacement or the like by a method wherein common retainer plates, the number of which is fewer than that of transfer retainer plates and each of which is commonly used as one retainer plate of a mold formed in combination with each of a plurality of the transfer retainer plates mounted on a retainer plate transferring device, are made possible to be mounted to a movable platen or a fixed platen opposite to the retainer plate transferring device. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a slide plate 25 is moved by a hydraulic cylinder 23 so as to slide a retaining plate W to the position of a retainer plate Z. Next, a movable platen 24 is shifted to the direction of a fixed platen 22 by means of a mold clamping cylinder 27 and a mold clamping piston 26 so as to clamp the retainer plates Z and W together in order to produce a primary molding die. After that, a primary molding injection machine 20 is advanced so as to about against the primary molding die in order to inject and fill glass fiber-containing molten nylon 6 in a cavity for a primary molding body. After the cooling and solidification of the injected and filled nylon 6 and the retreat of the primary molding injection machine 20, the retainer plates Z and W are opened through the movement of the movable platen 24 in the direction to a part from the fixed platen 22, resulting in leaving a primary molded body A, to the top surface of which a recessed part is opened, on the retainer plate Z. The retainer plate Z, onto which the primary molded body A is left, and a retainer plate Y, which is shifted by the sliding movement of the slide plate 25, are clamped together with each other. |
