Door system for halls, in particular for aircraft hangars, factory halls and the like, having a plurality of door leaves which are arranged vertically in the manner of lamellae, can rotate about a vertical axis and can be displaced in the direction of the door surface, with the result that the door leaves (depending on the adjustment of the angle of rotation) form a closed door surface or a grid, with the door leaves as grid bars. The individual door leaves exhibit an inner shell, an outer shell which is arranged opposite said inner shell with an interspace spacing them apart, and a sound-absorbing material in the interspace. At least one of the shells has sound-absorbing holes. The door leaves supplement one another, when the door surface is closed, to form a sound-insulating wall and form, in the grid position of the door leaves, a sound-absorbing assembly, the sound absorption of which can be selected by adjusting the angle of rotation of the door leaves. <IMAGE>
