PURPOSE:To obtain a flat wire harness that can be accommodated in a certain space without requiring a protector by employing a base plate of a material that can be easily formed be a required three-dimensional shape and reinforcing the base plate with an appropriate rigid body. CONSTITUTION:As a base plate 1', thermoplastic resin or shape memory material is used on which a circuit body 2 and a connector 3 are secured. The base plate 1' is formed to a required shape by heating when thermoplastic is used or by a predetermined heat treatment when shape memory material is used so that the wire harness can be accommodated in a certain space without protrusion or waste of the space. For reinforcing the soft base plate, rigid bodies of metal, hard thermoplastic resin 4 are placed to required positions in place of a protector. |
