A device for ensheathed fixation of limbs comprises a double-walled, vacuum-tight, padded sleeve which can be shaped to form a casing and is provided with an evacuation valve. The cavity between the two walls is filled with a plurality of filler particles. When evacuated, the device hardens to form an inherently rigid, stable shape. |
