The compounds of formula (I), wherein: n = 2, 3; m = 4, 5, 6, 7; X = NHR, CH2NHR, NHNH2; R = H, a linear or branched (C1-C4)alkyl, a linear or branched (C1-C4)acyl; Y = CH2NH2, COOH, CONH2 (with the exclusion of the compounds wherein n = 2, m = 5, X = NHR with R = H, a linear or branched (C1-C4)alkyl, a linear or branched (C1-C4)acyl; Y = COOH, CONH2) including all optical and/or geometrical isomers, alone or in admixture, and their salts, which inhibit the platelet aggregation in the blood and which can be prepared for use as antiplatelet, antithrombotic agents. |
