PURPOSE:To obtain a transfer sheet, which well fits the undulations of the intersections of threads and does not cause the cracking of a foil when the transfer is made to cloth, by using the material wherein a soft resin layer is laminated on a transfer layer, which is formed by a metal evaporation and has metal luster, as the transfer sheet. CONSTITUTION:A separating layer 5 is applied on a base film 4. A wind aligning transfer film 6 comprising a vacuum evaporating film, which has metal luster, is formed on the layer 5. A soft resin 7 such as urethane rubber is further laminated thereon. A resin layer including coloring agent or a top coat 8 obtained by gravure ink printing is applied thereon if required. Thus a transfer sheet 3 is obtained. A bonding agent is applied on a surface to be transferred of cloth 1 having dye patterns 2 or the transfer surface of the transfer sheet 3. Then the surface to be transferred to the cloth 1 and the transfer surface of the transfer sheet 3 are laminated, compressed, and stuck. After the bonding agent is hardened, the film 4 of the transfer sheet 3 is separated at the part of the separating layer 5. Thus, the wind aligning of the metal luster formed by a metal evaporating film 6 can be imparted to the surface to be transferred of the cloth 1 so as to fit the texture of the cloth by the transfer. |
