PURPOSE:To obtain a battery for a vehicle having the stirring function of an electrolyte and no leakage by providing a movable inertial member, its storage cylinder, a pair of guide pipes connected to the cylinder, and check valves at the lower section of a container. CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle is accelerated, a piston 18 is moved from the right end to the left in a cylinder 11, an exhaust check valve 14a is closed, and a guide check valve 16b is opened. A pipe 17a sucks the liquid with small specific gravity at the upper section of an electrolyte 9 and feeds it to the cylinder 11. An exhaust check valve 14b is opened and the electrolyte 9 at the left side of the piston 18 is exhausted through an exhaust port 13b. At the time of deceleration, the piston 18 is moved to the right, the valve 14a is opened, and a valve 16a is closed. The suction of the electrolyte 9 with small specific gravity at the upper section and its exhaust to the electrolyte 9 side with large specific gravity at the lower section of an electrode plate 5 via the pipes 17a and 17b are repeated in turn for dilution, and the electrolyte in a container is unified. The container has valves, thus the electrolyte is not leaked. |
