摘要 |
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of a solar cell by a method wherein the solar battery is composed of an interfacial film containing gallium between a metallic back contact material and group I-III-VI films. CONSTITUTION: A cell 8 is structurally supported on a glass substrate while a back electrical contact material is made of a metallic layer 12 coating on the substrate 10 while the back contact material is made of a metallic layer 12 covering the substrate 10. At this time, the layer 12 in the preferable mode is in molybdenum and the film 12 contains the chrome of very thin film firstly applied on the glass substrate 10 so as to improve the adhesion of the molybdenum to the glass. The layer 12 is coated with an interfacial film or another layer 13. Thus, the adhesion between the groups I-III-VI films and the metallic substrate 10 is improved, thereby enabling the efficiency of the solar cell to be improved. |
