PURPOSE:To easily form conductor films to be an outer conductor and an inner conductor respectively by integrally molding and calcining plural dielectric units to be resonator units and dielectric layers arranged between dielectrics and having a dielectric constant lower than that of the dielectrics. CONSTITUTION:For dielectric units 10a and 10b to be the rectangular parallelpiped shaped resonator units, through holes 11, in which the inner conductors are to be formed afterward, are formed and molded, a dielectric plate 17 is arranged between the dielectric units, and the dielectric units 10a and 10b and the dielectric plate 17 are pressed and fitted to each other, integrated, and calcined. For this dielectric plate 17, a dielectric material having the dielectric constant lower than that of the dielectric material for the dielectric units is used. Consequently, since a dielectric block to be obtained has no connection adjusting hole, the inner conductor and the outer conductor can be formed by immersing the dielectric block in a conductor paste. Thus, the inner conductor and the outer conductor can be simultaneously formed, and man-hour in manufacturing the title dielectric filter can be reduced. |
