PURPOSE:To prevent omission in removing remaining paper and to rapidly execute an operation for trying printing again by providing a means for displaying the number of remaining paper and displaying the number of paper which remains in a paper conveyance path when the conveyance of the paper is stopped because of the occurrence of abnormality in conveyance. CONSTITUTION:When the abnormality in the conveyance of the paper is detected by an abnormal conveyance detecting means C, the sequence action by a sequence controlling means A is stopped by an abnormality stopping means D and, at the same time, the number of paper at the time of being counted by a number of remaining paper counting means E is displayed by the means for displaying the number of remaining paper F. Therefore, an operator knows not only the occurrence of the abnormality in conveyance but also how many sheets of paper remain in a machine at present. Thus, the operation for removing the remaining paper can be rapidly and surely performed. |
