<p>A holding and reinforcing element (1) made of plastic material and adapted to be combined in a modular manner with other similar elements (1a, 1b, 1c) so as to give rise to a uniform paving. It comprises a flat base (2) from which partitions (3) vertically stand up. Said partitions mutually intersect thereby giving rise to a number of homogeneously distributed cells (4). A plurality of through holes (6) formed in base (2) are associated with each cell (4), and a plurality of recesses (7) are provided on the upper edges of the cells.</p> |
