PURPOSE:To easily discover the flaw of a sample by alternately blocking X-rays from two X-ray sources left and right by a shutter and three-dimensionally looking the X-ray image projected on a TV monitor by glasses alternately opened and closed left and right in synchronous relation to the opening and closing of the shutter. CONSTITUTION:X-rays 6a, 6b from X-ray tubes 1a, 1b are alternately blocked by the shutter 13 rotated by a motor 12. At first, X-rays 6a are converted to visible light by a scintillator plate 2 and the visible light is photographed by a video camera 3 o be projected on a TV monitor 4 as an X-ray fluoroscopic image. The rotary position of the motor 12 is detected by a sensor 14 and the signal of said sensor is sent to glasses 15 to block the single lens thereof. In the same way, the X-ray fluoroscopic image obtained by X-rays 6b blocks the other lens of the glasses 15. As a result, an image can be observed as a three-dimensional image, and a defective part and the position thereof can be easily detected. |
