PURPOSE:To obtain noodles containing well balanced amounts of vitamins and minerals and having improved taste by making noodles from wheat flour, a powder of yam and a powder of ASHITABA (Angelica keiskei Koidz). CONSTITUTION:Noodles are made from a mixture of wheat flour, a yam powder and an ASHITABA powder. It has been well known that the ASHITABA contains more than 20 kinds of vitamins and minerals in good balance and has medical effects of rejuvenation, prolonged life, invigoration, recovery from fatigue, appetization, constipation, diuresis, lactation improvement, hypertension and arteriosclerosis. Since a yam powder is employed, the noodles is made considerably tasty and elastic and the taste of ASHITABA is more improved. |
