PURPOSE:To obtain the title plate having excellent aesthetic properties and corrosion resistance by bringing the surface of an oxidative coloring zinc alloy plate in the melting state into contact with an oxidizing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:An oxidative coloring zinc alloy is melted and is thereafter subjected to continuous casting to obtain a zinc plate. At this time, before the completion of solidifying, the surface of the zinc plate is brought into contact with an oxidizing atmosphere and is oxidized to color. The zinc plate constituted of the above oxidative coloring zinc alloy is used for roof plate, interior ornamental panels or the like. |
