PURPOSE:To neatly finish the cut edge of each hair zone in a glass run in which hair is provided on the lift-up/down guide portions of a glass by providing a cut-edge groove on the boundary between the hair zone and a no-hair zone to prevent a barrier board from moving from the boundary and uniformly coating an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Lips 4, 5 as a pair of right/left lifting up/down guide portions for a glass are inwardly extended from the outside edges of a pair of mutually opposite right/left side walls 2, 3 while providing V-shaped cut-edge grooves 10, 11 on the boundaries between the hair zones 6, 7 and no-hair zones 8, 9 on the lips 4, 5 in a glass run body 1 and the intermediate product 12 thereof is extrusion molded. The end edges of barrier boards 13, 14 are fitted into the cut-edge grooves 10, 11 while evenly coating the hair zones 6, 7 with adhesives 15, 16 along the barrier boards 13, 14 and after that, hair bodies are installed on the hair zones 6, 7 via the adhesives 15, 16. |
