<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a highly accurate resistor by providing a resistor protecting layer between the resistor and an insulating layer, and performing lamination and low temperature baking. CONSTITUTION:A hole is provided in a green sheet 1' and filled with a conductor paste 2'. Then, a resistor protecting layer paste 4', a conductor paste 3', a resistor paste 5' and a resistor protecting layer paste 4' are printed sequentially. A similar unbaked resistor-conductor circuit is laminated and thermally compressed. Thereafter, the board is baked in an atmosphere and completed. A protecting layer 4 prevents the contact of the resistor with an insulating layer, reaction at the time of baking and the deviation of the resistance value from an intended value. Thus the highly accurate resistor is obtained. When crystallized glass frit is added into the conductor paste, adhesion with the insulating layer becomes strong, and exfoliation due to strain with a resistor printed part can be prevented.</p> |
