PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent sectional image by interpolating absent pulse data by an interpolating means with data before and after the absent pulse data when it is decided that there are absent pulses among radiation pulses. CONSTITUTION:A decision means 18 decides whether or not a pulse of impulsive radiation from a radiation source become absent. Then when it is decided that there is the absent pulse among radiation pulses, the interpolating means 19 interpolates the absent pulse data with the data before and after the absent pulse data. Therefore, the absent pulse data is replaced with normal data and data processing is performed by using the interpolated data. Consequently, even if the absent pulse is generated, the artifact of a sectional image of a body to be inspected is reduced and an excellent sectional image is obtained. |
