Corrosion inhibitor for metals and consolidating agent for corrosion products on metal surfaces
摘要
An agent for protecting metals from corrosion and consolidating the corrosion products on metal surfaces contains 0.9 to 18% of o- and/or m- and/or p-cresol 1.3 to 10.5% of phenols 1.2 to 15.8% of pyrocatechol methyl ether (guaiacol) 0.8 to 7.9% of xylenols 0.9 to 12.6% of methylguaiacol 0.5 to 5.8% of ethylguaiacol 0.2 to 12.6% of pyrocatechol 0.1 to 5.6% of propylguaiacol 4.3 to 30.0% of pyrogallol dimethyl ether 6.3 to 21.3% of 4-methylpyrogallol dimethyl ether 0.1 to 6.3% of methylpyrocatechol 0.1 to 5.3% of ethylpyrocatechol 0.05 to 4.3% of acetic acid 0.4 to 5.3% of methanol 0.3 to 10% of water and, if appropriate, additionally sodium hydroxide. The corrosion inhibitor can also contain silicone oils and/or silicone resins. Together with the corrosion products, the agent forms an inert layer which is distinguished by good adhesion to the metal surface and is wettable only with difficulty by water or aqueous solutions of acids of low aggressivity.
