PURPOSE:To operate changeover easily, and to prevent the generation of defective printing due to erroneous changeover operation by composing the changeover control units of a plurality of computer devices of a switch, discriminators, a printer occupying demand switch, an occupying release switch, AND circuits, a flip-flop and a switch driver circuit. CONSTITUTION:In a printer changeover controller, changeover control units VII, VIII are arranged near each of a plurality of computer devices I, II respectively, and the changeover control units VII, VIII consist of a switch S1, first and second discriminators BB1, BB2, a printer occupying demand switch S2 and a printer occupying release switch S3, AND circuits AN1-AN3, an OR circuit OR1, a flip-flop FF1, a switch driver circuit DR1, and a timer circuit TM1. Accordingly, changeover can be operated near the computer device I while changeover operation during the printing of another computer device II can be inhibited, thus preventing the generation of defective printing due to erroneous changeover working. |
