摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a weld joint by oscillating a TIG welding torch or turning an obliquely ground W electrode in a narrow groove of a Cr - Fe - Mo - Ni based heat resisting alloy thick plate, and executing welding under a specific welding condition by using a Cr - Fe - Mo - Ni based welding material. CONSTITUTION:A torch 3 body is inserted into a narrow groove 1' of a Cr - Fe - Mo - Ni based heat resisting alloy thick plate 1, and the torch main body is oscillated in the groove. Or a W electrode 4 whose tip is ground obliquely in turned around the own axis and the W electrode is oscillated, and welding is executed by using a Cr - Fe - Mo - Ni based welding material. By a welding heat input of 15 - 40 KJ/cm, a weld metal build-up part of a multi-layer whose thickness per one layer is >= 1mm is formed. In such a way, welding being free from a welding defect can be executed, the quality of a weld joint is improved, and the welding efficiency can be improved remarkably.
