PURPOSE:To improve the member finish accuracy after welding by constituting the title structure so that a part corresponding to welding depth in a joint part at the time when a second member is brought to press fit to a first member becomes a strong press fit state in which a press fit margin is larger than other part than the part. CONSTITUTION:A gear (a second member) 3 is brought to press fit and fitted to an axis (a first member) 1. The exposed joint surface 5 of both the members 1, 3 is irradiated with an electron beam and by forming weld metal zones 6, both the members 1, 3 are coupled. In a joint part at the time when the gear 3 is brought to press fit and fitted to the axis 1, a path h1 corresponding to welding depth becomes a strong press fit state in which a press fit margin is larger than other unwelded part h2 than the part. In such a way, the member finish accuracy after welding can be improved. |
