PURPOSE:To simplify the production process an to allow the repair of a disconnection and one-side driving even if the size of the panel is increased by connecting both ends of wirings for connection and pads provided to both ends of bus lines by bonding of fine wires at need. CONSTITUTION:Signals are supplied from both sides to the bus line 1 if the pads 3 on both sides of the disconnected bus line and both ends of the wiring 2 for connection corresponding to this bus line are connected by bonding the fine wires 4 in case of using for repair of the disconnection. The disconnection is, therefore, effectively repaired. Both ends of the corresponding bus lines 1 and the wirings 2 for connection are all connected by bonding the fine wires 4 in case of use for a one-side driving system, then the supply of the signals from both sides to all the bus lines 1 is possible simply by using a piece of the driving circuit. The production process is simplified in this way; in addition, the repair of the disconnection and the one-side driving even of the larger-sized panel are possible. |
