<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a high-precision voltage divider circuit effective for the precision improvement of a D/A converter and A/D converter, by composing the circuit of a resistor with voltage output terminals and another resistor with leadout regions where neither voltage nor current is extracted. CONSTITUTION:The 1st resistor 20 with the 1st resistance value, led out by using the same material as that of the main body of the resistor, has voltage output terminals 1 to 16 of the same width (w) and the same interval (d). Then, the 2nd resistor 80 with the fixed 2nd resistance value corresponding to the 1st resistance value has lead-out regions (a1) to (a16) where neither voltage output nor current output is extracted. Those lead-out regions (a1) to (a16) are composed of the same material as that of resistor 80 and each length (l) is equal to or greater than width (w). Then, the 1st and 2nd resistors are adequately combined corresponding to required voltage dividing characteristics so as to constitute a series of resistances.</p> |
