PURPOSE:To mass-produce an electrolyte plate of a large area in a good yield rate by baking up after filling an electrolyte matrix material dispersion solution to a clearance of the part of an electrolyte matrix which can not hold the electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:After dispersing a gamma-lithium aluminate 4 of the specific surface area about 20m<2>/g, an alumina fiber 5 of the length about 300-mum, and alumina beads 6 of the particle diameter about 60mum are dispersed in a dispersion catalyst 7, a binder 8 is added, and it is mixed 10 sufficiently by a stirrer 9 to make an electrolyte matrix material dispersion solution 11. By using the electrolyte matrix material dispersion solution 11, a clearance which can not hold the electrolyte of the electrolyte matrix can be eliminated. The electrolyte matrix 12 consists of solid components (gamma-ulithium aluminate 4, an alumina fiber 5, and alumina beads 6) same as the dispersion solution 11, and it is made into an electrolyte matrix with cracks by baking up at about 600 deg.C. |
