PURPOSE:To make a fiber easier to operate and more durable by using a porous buffer material for the inner layer of a pipe. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 2 of porous plastics or rubber having elasticity is prepared and waterproof and dense plastics or rubber 3 and 4 are coated thereon by extrusion, whereby the pipe of multilayered construction is produced. A heat shrinkable tube may be used in place of extrusion coating. A crystalline fiber 1 is inserted into such pipe. |
