PURPOSE: To maintain suture wrapped around grooves inside the package by providing the 1st formed package piece having the measures spaced from the outer wall which arranges the inner wall of the groove and the 2nd formed package piece engaged with the 1st piece which forms the top piece of said grooves piling up the grooves on the floor. CONSTITUTION: Within a pan shaped area 11 of a foil tray 10, the two pieces of formed packages for suture including a top piece 14 and a bottom piece 12 are arranged. at the bottom package 12, many formed straight and curved lugs 33, 34 and 32 defining the inner wall of the groove 30 wrapping the suture are formed. The grooves wrapping the suture are also defined by a floor 31 of the bottom piece 12. The top piece 14 of the suture package fit in the inside of the bottom piece 12. An outer wall 28 of the top of the package fit in the inside of the outer wall 22 of the bottom of the package, and defines the outer wall of the groove 30 wrapping the suture. The top piece 14 of the package has an upper face 26 and a center depressed region 24 is formed inside of it. The center depressed region 24 is located in a floor 31 of the package bottom when the two pieces are fitted together. |
