PURPOSE:To enable many data to be simultaneously displayed by a method wherein a printing pattern rotation means, a printing pattern reduction means, and a printing pattern synthesizing means are established. CONSTITUTION:A printing data transmitted on a signal wire 1 form a higher rank device is read via an input port 110, and is stored in a main memory 170. Thereafter, it is analyzed with a microprocessor 100. Then, a synchronizing signal reading a video signal is transmitted on a signal wire 3 from a printing means 200. AN image data of which the image has been drawn is successively read and is transmitted to the printing means 200 via a serial output port 150. Then, when a redactor printing mode is established, all image drawing data are rotated by 90 degree to paper with a printing pattern rotation circuit 120 and a printing pattern scaledown circuit 130, and are converted to a pattern reduction to a 1/2 size. Thereafter two page content printing data are synthesized into one page to be drawn on a frame buffer memory 190. Therefore, many data can be simultaneously displayed. |
