PURPOSE:To improve the maintenance performance of a sensor system by supplying the power of a cracked gas detecting electronic circuit from a main circuit. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation circuit 110 combined with an oscillating oscillator having produced a polymer film on the surface thereof and an electronic circuit such as an electric/opto-conversion circuit 111, etc., of the circuit output of the oscillation circuit are placed into one housing container. The electronic circuit driving power is supplied from a main circuit through a floating electrode 109 provided to the inside of a gas insulating equipment ground metal container 102 or the inside of the housing container 102 to detect cracked gas. According to the constitution, the maintenance performance of a sensor system is improved. |
