<p>PURPOSE:To make an environmental condition suitable for individual life, by using a water tank having the deepest part at the center and a stepwise circumference and introducing sunlight incised from the water surface to the deepest part of the tank. CONSTITUTION:The water tank 10 is deepest at the center 120 and has circumferential part formed in steps 121, 122, ..., 12n. The inclination angle theta of the step is about 45 deg. to enable the incision of sunlight 20 to the bottom 120 of the water tank 10.</p> |
