PURPOSE:To shorten reaction time and to efficiently operate a reaction vessel by fitting a static mixer having heating and mixing functions on a pipe for feeding starting materials and a catalyst into the reaction vessel. CONSTITUTION:A static mixer 2 having heating and mixing functions is fitted on a pipe for feeding starting materials and a catalyst into a reaction vessel 3. Since the temp. of the starting materials can be made close to the reaction temp. by preheating with the mixer 2 before feeding into the vessel 3, the reaction time can be shortened and the reaction vessel can be efficiently operated.
