A jean (6) put on a model (5) having a movable shaft (3) is designed to move in and out a sealed room (7) intermittently by a feeding device driven by motor (M) with chain (1). A number of projectiles (9) such as plastic ball and grain are blasted to the jean in the sealed room so that the process of decolorization and softness of the jean is performed by the blasting shock. The projectiles dropped along a slopped base (21) of the room is recovered by a conveyor (20) and supplied to a hopper (20). The projectiles supplied to the hopper are supplied to a projection device (9) with a distributor (12), a moving wheel (14) in the sealed room by the action of an air blower (17).
