The temp. in the vessel is used via a control circuit for adjustment of the power of the corresp. heating element. By means of an adjustable time component, the cooking time can be pre-set. The timing component (ZG) only commences to act when a measurement temp. (TM) is reached which lies between the evaporation temp. of the water (Tv) and the pre-set cooking temp. The component is influenced between the attainment of the steem phase temp. up to the evaporation temp. of the water in the pressure cooker so that it cuts out the heating element (HE) before the completion of the preset cooking time in terms of the time duration (t1-t3) between steam in terms of the time duration. |
