<p>PURPOSE:To display plural screens designed in different vertical and horizontal sizes on a real screen by setting optionally the vertical and horizontal sizes to plural logical screens, segmenting the ranges divided out of each logical screen by the rectangular areas to display these ranges at one time. CONSTITUTION:A 1st rectangular area 21 is set on a 1st logical screen 20 via a start point (x1, y1), and a 2nd rectangular area 31 having the (l3 X l4) capacity is set on a 2nd logical screen 30 via a start point (x2, y2). Then the screen data on each window (rectangular area) is transferred onto each refresh memory 3 with an indication of a CPU 1 and displayed in division on a screen. Thus the screens segmented via the areas 21 and 31 are displayed in division on a CRT 4. As a result, the screen display is attained with no limitation put to the horizontal and vertical sizes A and B of a real screen.</p> |
