<p>PURPOSE:To carry out the housing of a large pallet and a small pallet without need for providing a large frontage shelf and a small frontage shelf by introducing a logic of effective housing in accordance with a pallet size at the time of housing pallets of different sizes. CONSTITUTION:First, a pallet size is judged in the inputting station on the inlet of a shelf group 1 in a three-dimensional warehouse. When judged to be a large pallet 8, a shelf in which both front shelf 1a and rear shelf 1b are vacant is searched and both of the searched-out vacant shelves 1a, 1b are determined as the inputting shelf. At the time of judging to be a middle pallet 9, a shelf in which only the rear shelf 1b is occupied while the front shelf 1a being vacant is searched out of shelves housing middle pallets 9 and the searched-out front shelf 1a is determined as the inputting shelf. Further, as the time of judging to be a small pallet 10, a shelf in which only the front shelf 1a or the front shelf 1a and middle shelf are vacant is searched. When there is a corresponding shelf, the searched-out shelf is determined as the inputting shelf.</p> |
