PURPOSE:To improve the color reproducibility of a wholly colored picture by irradiating with light used as digital image information light, which does not reach the cross talk of each microcapsule of yellow, magenta, and cyanogen. CONSTITUTION:A digital image forming device is provided with a medium sheet 11 coated with the three types of microcapsules; an image is formed by irradiating the sheet with the digital image information light of the wavelength band in which each capsule is exposed to light. The digital image forming device is also provided with a means which irradiates the sheet with light which does not reach the cross talk wavelength band of the sensitivity of the three types of the capsules while using the light as the digital image information light. That is, liquid crystal 24 in which image information is written is exposed by a light source 21; its transmissive light exposes the medium sheet 11 in the exposure part P; a filter 25 moves integrally, corresponds with each, and so transmits only the light of the wavelength band of blue, green, and red. Accordingly, the microcapsules from being exposed to the light of other wavelength bands and being hardened are prevented. Thus, accurate color reproducibility free from impurity is accomplished. |
